2. Subscriptions and Memberships

Certain features, such as Cloud Rendering and Commercial Licensing, require an active subscription via our official Patreon page. Access to these features is contingent upon your subscription status. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue premium features at any time.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

• Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you upload. By processing them, you grant us a temporary license to process the files solely for the purpose of returning the result to you.
• Personal Use: Users on free or basic support tiers may only use the generated STL files for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial Use: To sell physical prints or digital copies of models generated by our service, you must hold an active "Commercial License" tier subscription on our Patreon.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., uploading copyrighted logos without permission). We are not responsible for the items you choose to 3D print.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that the generated STL files will print perfectly on every 3D printer.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
